Founded by husband-and-wife team Jeffrey and Amanda Whitespeare, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in Texas real estate and title services to ensure your property journey is secure, smooth, and stress-free. Amanda and Jeff close hundreds of real estate deals a year all across Texas and are investor heavy bringing this knowledge and expertise into the title business helps us tremendously serve our realtor partners.
After working extensively across multiple sides of the real estate industry—sales, lending, and investing—we saw firsthand how many clients felt confused or overlooked during one of the most important steps in the process: the closing. We launched Legacy Premier Title to change that. Our mission was simple: build a title company where people come first—where communication is clear, timelines are respected, and everyone feels confident in the outcome. Legacy isn’t just part of our name; it’s our mindset.
It all started in 2022 when we saw a gap in the real estate market: too much complexity, not enough care. So, we set out to simplify the process while delivering top-notch service. Today, we’re proud to be the go-to title company for clients across Texas.
